As an enclave discreetly and conveniently located between Denver and Aurora, The Emerald Valley Townhomes Association is a perfect place to call home.  People who enjoy getting out into Colorado will appreciate the border the Community shares with the Cherry Creek Trail; a picturesque 40-mile pedestrian route that begins in downtown Denver and connects Parker, Centennial and Franktown. This paved path begins near the Platte River Trail and Confluence Park, which marks the area where a gold discovery in 1858 led to the founding of the city.  Emerald Valley is loaded with great neighbors and full exterior maintenance.  Relax by the shimmering pool in the summer and meet neighbors with similar interests. Cherry Creek Reservoir is just 10 minutes down Parker and I-225 serves as your gateway to all that Colorado has to offer.
